I’ve been a loyal customer of 7 Brew for quite a while and used to stop by 2–3 times a day. Unfortunately, over the past several months, my experience has changed enough that I rarely come anymore. My coffee order is always the same, but the consistency is not. Some days it’s perfect, and other days it tastes completely different. When you’re paying premium coffee prices, you expect the same drink to taste the same each visit. I’ve also noticed a change in the overall atmosphere since the previous manager was promoted. The staff used to be exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Lately, customer service feels less personal and less enthusiastic than it once was. I still believe 7 Brew has great products and potential, which is why this is disappointing to write. I’m sharing this feedback because I would love to see the consistency and customer experience return to what made me such a frequent customer in the first place.
