Since 7 brew on 82 coming into Albany only has 77 followers and no comments on Facebook I figured I would leave a google review as well. I am usually not one to leave reviews good or bad but I cant let this one go. I started going by 7 brew about a month ago most mornings on my way to work and always order a small coffee. A constant problem I started noticing is that they do not place the lids on the cups very well or they use very poor cups and lids that will not stay together. Multiple times I have been leaving the parking lot and coffee will run out of the cup and into my lap or into my cup holder. This morning as I was leaving I started to open the lid and the entire lid popped off the cup that was filled to the top hot coffee poured out of the cup on to me and then filled the cup holders of my truck half full before I could put it down. After getting hot coffee poured on me the seats in my truck and the cup holder drenched I returned to 7 brew and all i got from the "manager" was I am sorry would you like some napkins? I will never return to any 7 brew. for a 3.00 dollar coffee plus a 1.00 tip every morning I go there I would expect service to be a hell of a lot better than what I received.
