First time there was yesterday. I ordered a medium blended almond milk latte with a shot of sugar free dark chocolate flavor. Sooo coffee, almond milk, dark chocolate and ice blended. Since it was my first time there, I asked how many shots of espresso came in the medium just to be sure. The girl told me that since it was a specialty drink it had 3 shots.... She didn't sound confident in her answer so I also asked the girl at the pick up window. I was then told that since they were made in large batches so there is no way to tell how much is in the drink. I didn't mean to laugh at her but her answer was, um, ridiculous. She then followed up by saying there could be between 4-6 shots of espresso in it. So I left thinking there was anywhere between 3-6 shots of espresso in my drink so I was kind of scared to drink the whole thing. My latte tasted good but I don't think I'll be going back because how do you know what you're getting in your drink? How does no one there know how much coffee is in a drink? They're going to end up giving somebody heart palpitations or something giving them a drink with four to six shots of espresso in it when they're only expecting maybe two! 🤯

It was my first time here with my mom. We had no idea what to choose. It’s extremely hot out and the girl was STILL so nice and helpful and patient. We were admiring how nice all of the girls working were. It was like they were actually having fun while working together. That’s so hard to find now days. Most places people are miserable, rude to each other and terrible customer service. The fact that they have fun and get along is helping this place thrive. Give these girls on 9th ave and Creighton a raise. All of them!
