We stopped by for the first time and were a bit overwhelmed by the menu options. Shoutout to the team member who took our order (sorry I didn't catch her name) for giving us plenty of time to decide and gave us a paper menu. She even offered us milk for the kids and we got free stickers because of a special event. If not for the great service, I would have rated it lower. I got the Sweet and Salty blended and it was good, hit the spot but could have been better. While similar, Scooter's has a bit of an edge of up there. My husband got the iced matcha latte and was really disappointed with it. There was very little matcha flavor so it mostly tasted like iced milk. My other beef is with the lack of menu prices. I researched beforehand and couldn't find prices online. I looked at review photos for several locations, no prices. There are no prices in person either, not even in the paper menu. We were not given a receipt, so it's still a mystery how much exactly we paid for each drink. The lack of transparency is really off-putting. I know a lot of people will drop $7 on a coffee without batting an eye, but it's a rare treat for us and price point really does influence our decisions on what we order and if we decide to customize.

The staff & vibe is always friendly & kind. I’m a creature of habit so their Cinnamon Roll Latte is my favorite & I get it with extra cinnamon sugar. My husband gets the House Blend/Americano. I only wish they had a bigger FOOD menu. I love the big drive thru line too :) it is fast & I never have to wait long, even with a line.

I love the employees here. They are working hard and are extremely friendly and polite. When it was my first time, an employee helped me decide what I should get based on what I order at other coffee shops. Shout out to Tyler who is always very kind and helpful. I love that they jam out in the mornings. I also love that you can just give them your phone number and ask for yesterday’s order.
