Normally I have a great experience here, which is why this stood out to me. This morning around 8:45–9:00 AM, I was a bit farther back in line and had difficulty reading the menu. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, so I asked for a recommendation. In the past, employees have always been very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Unfortunately, the employee helping me, a blonde woman wearing a brown shirt and jean shorts, responded by telling me that I should go home and study the menu instead. The comment came across as rude and dismissive, and it made me feel looked down upon. It honestly ruined what is usually a positive experience for me. I’m sharing this because I hope it can be addressed so that other customers don’t have a similar experience in the future
