My wife went through the drive-thru for her usual coffee this morning. When she received it, the cup was full of coffee grounds. It was clear that something in their brewing system had failed to filter them out properly. She politely asked for a new coffee, but the employee was rude and dismissive, telling her that “coffee is supposed to have grounds in it.” She has ordered many drinks from this location without ever experiencing this issue. The coffee contained visible particles floating throughout that stuck to her teeth with every sip. This is not a normal occurrence, and the employee’s unprofessional response made the situation much worse.
