I went to this seven brew today and ordered 4 drinks and spent $26 dollars. The guy taking my order showed me the tip screen and I pressed no tip because I, as a paying customer am not obligated to give them a tip. And he then proceeded to say “ wow you gonna order that many drinks and not tip, Jesus.” 1. You gave me no reason to give you a tip whatsoever. If you would have made my experience at seven brew exceptional than maybe I would have given you a tip. But you didn’t. You made it negative and left me furious. 2. You get paid at least minimum wage to make these drinks which is 11.00 dollars an hour in AR. You GET PAID TO MAKE THE DRINKS. IT IS YOUR JOB. You are not waitress getting paid less than minimum wage to serve and wait on somebody. Somebody is waiting on you to do your job. PERIOD. 3. Ordering four drinks is not an unusual or large amount of drinks. It is a normal amount of drinks to make, so making a comment like that is EXTREMELY uncouth and unprofessional. But I wouldn’t expect anything less for a bunch of teenagers who are running this store. 4. Using the Lords name in vain to a customer; even more disrespectful, even if you’re not a Christian. It is untasteful and disrespectful. Don’t do it. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the service and will not be back to this location or probably seven brew in general. The disrespect and the entitlement was so uncalled for and unappreciated.
