My parents died in a tragic accident recently and in my grief I've been stopping by this 7 Brew where I get a coffee and stare at the setting sun after my 10 hour shifts of work. I remember the days my father would brew a coffee for us before we'd drive to Travis lake where we'd sit together and fish for hours, listening to Boston, my parent's favorite band, the very music I was conceived to. Sadly, I also have a mild dairy allergy and often need to verify what's available to me before eating or drinking anything. One person at this location has always stuck out to me. The illustrious Lauren, who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to all the ingredients used at 7 brew and without fail creates one of the few comforts available to me in this time of harrowing loss. So far my favorite is the hot mocha with oatmilk. Simple but effective in remembering the time I spent with my beloved mother and father. I love coming to this 7 brew and always hope to find that Lauren is there to help. Amazing service and quality!
