Haven’t been back to 7brew in over a year but my daughter wanted it. Got a sugar free Blondie with an extra shot. First it was not sugar free and it did not have an extra shot. Tasted like sweet milk. 🤮 This is why I quit going into 7brew in the first place.

Normally have nothing but great experiences. I understand accidents happen but how they are handled is the difference between customer drive business and profit driven. I went to get drinks for me and my family and they got spilt into my vehicle and on to me . I get the guy was embarrassed but he said sorry gave me three napkins and ran away and avoided any further help or interaction my white dress covered in drinks no offer to remake our drinks nothing sat there trying to make eye contact for help with at least cleaning the mess and nothing complete avoidance. I left and wrote a review to I am guessing the corporates email and waiting to hear back but I am very upset with bros experience and hope to hear back with a better response than received at the drive in.
