First time trying it in a work trip I had down in Waco and I honestly liked it! I also ordered like a sugar free macro friendly drink that still tasted like dessert in a cup which I loved. It’s milky and sweet but I enjoyed it mostly because everyone was super friendly even under Texas heat. I think they need cold air or something extra besides dry fan. Franchises that care (or try to) for their team members, care for their customers imo

This was our first experience with 7 Brew. My wife had heard about it and was excited to try it, unfortunately we won't be coming back. We got in line at 9:57 we were waiting for anyone to come out and serve us. There were 3 team members inside, no one greeted us to take our order. The one barista comes out and gives the car next to us an order at 10:00 and then tells us they're closed so they can't take our order. It wasn't just that it was the lack of empathy, and the employee made us feel like we were an imposition for wanting to give them our money. I get that service businesses are hard I've worked in retail and had to stay late to close a store while exhausted from busy shifts. It's a two way street: employees work hard but customers have long days too (we were 2 hours into a 4 hour road trip with an infant) and sometimes get in line a few minutes before closing that's the nature of business. Unfortunately this place suffers from the same issue that we've experienced with several businesses in Waco which is young employees who give really poor service.
