I had ordered my four regular drinks and they got them ALL wrong. They tried giving me a chai and an energy drink Also when I asked her which drink was which she said she didn’t know. Like um hello you work there and should be able to tell me which is which. TERRIBLE service

I walked up to the door not knowing if they take walk-up orders or not, and a young lady immediately stepped out to take my order, but I forgot her name! After she went inside to place my order, I realized I needed to run to my car. I let the drive thru employee, whose name is Haley, know I'd be right back. Haley immediately offered to bring my drink to me when it was ready, but at the same time, someone walked out with it and handed it to Haley, who then gave it to me, all before I even walked away. I ordered a caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso. The coffee was good, not too strong either, which means they countered all the espresso with the correct amount of caramel. Oh and to top it all off, the coffees I've ordered from there previously has paid off, bc today's coffee was completely free with my rewards! I'll be back! Thanks ladies, and 7 brew!
