3 workers spent 10 minutes talking to their friend that came to get drinks instead of focusing on the large line of people waiting to order, it held up everything and they still were distracted as they finally went to take orders. They decided that talking to someone they knew was more important than customer service, this was severely unprofessional and not considerate of anyone’s time or the fact that this is paying customers time that they are wasting. They weren’t even nice when they finally took the time to take peoples orders. There should be better training that friends aren’t more important than a line of customers.
