I’ve been going to this place frequently for since it opened But I’ve always got pretty good service. Today was different. As I am a fan of sweet tea, I asked them if there was a chance I could sample the sweet tea (After purchasing a seven dollar coffee) I was told by two workers that they have no way of giving out samples. I asked, couldn’t you just put it in like a pup cup so I can taste it Because I am a little bit of a tea snob because I don’t wanna waste any tea or money. Their answer was “you’ll just have to buy a small and try it” Which is like four dollars. So after the last year or so of seven dollar coffees and “ The screen is gonna ask you a question” tipping I couldn’t even get a sample of the tea to see if I like it. There’s too many places that make coffee and I’m gonna start taking my business elsewhere. I should probably be getting coffee locally but the convenience here is the real star. Also, I’ve been part of a reward system forever and since they’ve changed it, I have not gotten any rewards So that’s lame also.
