I went through this 7 brew location yesterday & the girls were super sweet and welcoming. Although, I did notice my Iced Blondie had coffee grinds sitting at the bottom. I kinda brushed it off, giving the benefit of the doubt that it could’ve been a simple mistake. I ended up coming back today & I ordered the same drink and sadly ended up having more coffee grinds as the day before and tasted a little burnt. I’ve worked in coffee for 6 years & I completely understand how this could accidentally happen. As a manager, I always made sure to emphasize rinsing shot tins in-between use that way we can avoid this happening to customers.
