I visit 3 different 7 Brews in my area. The Moody Al store has issues getting my drink correct. Today I ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot, extra sweet and 3 times the caramel. Some how they forgot the extra sweet part. It was so bitter. This is not the first time my order was wrong. Disappointed to say the least.

the blonde names makenzie took really good care of me and made me feel right at home. she was very nice and respectful. as a guy i didn’t know much about coffee and she helped me and was very patient

Rude service the blonde girl with the bad tan job straight up started laughing in my face after I told her she had messed up my order her and the short boy with the bad perm job started laughing about it as I was leaving 0/10 there was no reason to act that way it was a simple mistake on her part I would have just been fine with a I’m sorry but the way she handled it was very immature and childish if she had a problem she could have said something instead of waiting until I drove off
