I visit this location at least once a week . Never have I ever waited in a lane for more than 10 minutes and not had anyone assist me . We went there this morning and got in the second lane that was shorter . There was a girl working the left lane and was going car to car getting orders . She probably assisted at least 8 cars that were passing us for those 10 minutes . There were two employees at the front register talking amongst each other and not working . The lane we were in during that time was only getting longer and longer and they didn’t do a thing to help . I wish a manager could’ve witnessed this interaction .
