Need to stop blocking the driveway that truckers use to go to Lowe's to unload or people that's trying to get though that way at least put up cones and make one lane till it's time to pull into the drive thru

I’ve always enjoyed 7 Brew, but I was disappointed with my most recent visit. During my transaction, my rewards points were redeemed without my knowledge or permission. I was never asked if I wanted to use my reward, and despite the points being removed from my account, I was still charged for both drinks. I understand mistakes happen, but it was frustrating to lose the points I had been saving and not receive the discount or free drink they were supposed to cover. I hope management can address this issue and ensure customers are asked before rewards are redeemed in the future.
