5/24/2026 @7:47-7:53 a.m. Alabaster, Al my drink was made incorrectly I turned around to ask for a remake as I pull back in the young lady who made my drink comes to my car and I say my drink is incorrect she says no I made it just like you wanted it . Wow how are you going to tell me immediately that I'm wrong on how I wanted my drink so she begins to tell me what she made that I requested and guess what it was one ingredient wrong 😅. I'm like thats whats missing she is mad by her facial expression saying well she is new( the young lady who did the order) I said okay and that not an issue but you coming out here with an attitude telling me you made my drink correctly when in fact you didnt like I'm the problem I paid for I wanted. Her attitude rubbed me wrong so I said just refund my money all they had to do was remake the drink. Dang and I still have points so will finish out to get my drink but will go to the helena store they are slower but they make the drinks correctly. Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5
